Buy-side and financing advisory for ingatlan.com in the acquisition of Adevinta’s media portfolio in Hungary
Gabi2023-09-29T06:23:44+00:00The acquisition of the portals Használtautó.hu and Jófogás.hu, as well as the car news portal Autónavigátor.hu by ingatlan.com was completed on September 14, 2023. Concorde MB Partners contributed to the success of the deal by providing acquisition and financing advice for the buyer.
Használtautó.hu is the leading online marketplace for used vehicles in Hungary, while Jófogás.hu is one of the leading online classifieds sites, which were purchased by ingatlan.com Zrt. with the founders of Extreme Digital, as a result of a coordinated acquisition. Through the acquisition, a Hungarian online group is created that is capable to compete in the domestic market with the increasingly active regional, overseas and Far Eastern players.

Sale of BKB Solutions Kft.

Throughout the past 15 years BKB Solutions Kft. has realized the business concept of its clients in a number of successful projects. The company’s main activity is supporting the business processes of materials- and supply chain management. Its core module competences in the field of consultancy and development are: SAP EWM, Logistics Execution, MM, SD, WM. The company’s services cover the entire project lifecycle starting from project- and program management to implementation and aftercare and end-user knowledge management.
Onespire Ltd. is an IT and management consulting company with a decade of experience, 200+ consultants and a Hungarian ownership background. The company provides premium-quality service for its European Clients through its outstanding professional know-how. Onespire Ltd’s international operation focuses on Belgium, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Luxemburg and Switzerland.
The transaction has been closed in April 2023.

Buy-side advisory to the owners of Bellis Egészségtár Kft.

Patella Gyógyászati Segédeszköz Kft. is one of the leading medical supply and device wholesaler on the Hungarian market. It distributes approximately 9,000 products to more than 400 medical supply stores, nearly 800 pharmacies and 200 other retail outlets. It was established in 2022 by the divestment of the wholesale division of Patella-96 Kft. The sellers will continue the GYSE manufacturing and import activities in Patella-96 Ltd., while maintaining a trading relationship with the company.
The goal of Bellis Egészségtár Kft., a subsidiary of Hungaropharma Zrt., is to provide cost-effective services to pharmacies through the efficient supply of high-volume medicinal products, dietary supplements, vitamins, and phytotherapy products. Bellis focuses mainly on competitive sales of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and products used for prevention and health preservation, supported by stable and efficient distribution logistics. Its product portfolio consists of approximately 7,500 dietary supplements, vitamins, phytotherapy, and other healthcare products, complemented by nearly 2,000 popular medicines.
By acquiring Gyógyászati Segédeszköz Kft., Bellis continues its deliberate strategy of expanding its non-pharmaceutical product portfolio. This acquisition provides significant product expansion, primarily in the field of medical devices, medical aids, orthopedic devices, and home care products. It also establishes Bellis as a dominant player in a new market segment, further enhancing its capabilities to serve a wide range of patients.

Buy-side advisory to the management of JayStack Services Zrt.
Gabi2023-06-08T11:21:21+00:00In August 2021, the buy-out transaction of the minority stake in Jaystack Services Zrt. was successfully completed, during which the management acquired the minority stakes of two institutional investors and two private individuals.
Jaystack has been delivering customised, complex enterprise software systems using an agile software development methodology since 2011. With virtual agile teams, it supports its customers with serverless, cloud-based and platform-independent development solutions for their digital transformation, integration and migration projects.
Jaystack’s success lies in its outstanding customer service. It supports its customers with teams of highly skilled software developers and professionals who earn their customers’ trust through quality work and dedicated support.
Jaystack was founded by five IT professionals whose contributions were key to the company’s success and growth during its early days. In its first year of operation the company raised GBP 500,000 in capital investment from financial investors.
They now have a staff of 50+ members and a further 15 sub-contractors serving their clients from their London headquarters and from Hungary, working closely with DCSL GuideSmiths on sales and implementation.
In the process, management bought out two financial investors and acquired minority stakes in the company from two private individuals, giving them a majority shareholding.
