Our primary scope includes sell-side and buyside M&A transactions, private capital raisings as well as capital market deals in association with Concorde Értékpapír. In order to build and cement long-term client relationships, we also prepare valuations and provide a range of corporate finance and strategic advisory services on a selective basis.
