Company valuation

Before selling a business, raising capital, buying out, selling a share, or in the case of a legal dispute, entrepreneurs and business owners may need to assess the market, asset-based and turnover value of their business. It is important to know what purchase price can be expected for a professional, financial or management sale, or even for a lawsuit, if appropriate.

During their practice, Concorde MB Partners has conducted more than 200 corporate valuations for corporate sales, capital raising, acquisition transactions, for clients planning capital transactions with their company, for preparing or defending lawsuits, and for documenting holding structures.

We conduct business valuations in accordance with the standards of international investment banks: on a discounted cash flow basis, on the basis of transaction and stock exchange data, and other methods (market valuation, asset valuation, brand and goodwill valuation, hedge valuation, economic value added, etc.).

You can read about the factors that determine the value of companies in our magazine, Cégérték, including case studies, but of course we are happy to help you personally.
