The acquisition of the portals Használtautó.hu and Jófogás.hu, as well as the car news portal Autónavigátor.hu by ingatlan.com was completed on September 14, 2023. Concorde MB Partners contributed to the success of the deal by providing acquisition and financing advice for the buyer.
Használtautó.hu is the leading online marketplace for used vehicles in Hungary, while Jófogás.hu is one of the leading online classifieds sites, which were purchased by ingatlan.com Zrt. with the founders of Extreme Digital, as a result of a coordinated acquisition. Through the acquisition, a Hungarian online group is created that is capable to compete in the domestic market with the increasingly active regional, overseas and Far Eastern players.
