By publishing the independent expert opinion on 6 November 2019, Concorde MB Partners completed its duties in supporting the Board of Directors of ELMŰ and ÉMÁSZ in connection with the public offer of the shares of the two companies launched by E.On.
In October 2019, as part of the acquisition of Innogy, a German energy company, E.On Hungária launched a public call for tender for the owners of ELMŰ and ÉMÁSZ. It is a legal obligation for Board of Directors of the targeted companies to hire a financial advisor to produce an independent expert opinion during the public offer process. The joint Board of Directors of ELMŰ and ÉMÁSZ commissioned the experts of Concorde MB Partners.
