In November 2019, the acquisition of EZIT Kft. and Magyar Hosting Kft. providing web hosting services was successfully completed.
The companies were founded by Szilveszter Adolf in 2009 and have become significant market players for the last 10 years.
The companies were acquired by the Slovakian Websupport, a provider of web hosting services owned by a Danish financial investor. The company is market leader in Slovakia, working on consolidation in Central and Eastern Europe with its financial investor. Websupport had already had a Hungarian affiliate under the name Webonic Kft; the new owner aims to consolidate the highly fragmented domestic web-hosting market to become a market leader.
