In April 2022, the acquisition of the shares of Invert Kft. – operating under the Netház brand – was successfully completed by InHouse Digital UAB.
The Netház administration and information system has been developed specifically to support and account for the management of condominiums and housing associations. As one of the oldest players in the condominium management software market, Netház has been developing its software solution for more than 25 years – their online query system is currently available to more than 200,000 households, and used by nearly 300 condominium management companies.
As part of the Lithuania-based ICOR Group, which operates in 60+ countries, InHouse Digital UAB provides IT solutions to support condominium managers across Europe. The transaction supported the Hungarian market entry in line with the company’s European expansion strategy.
