The Petőfi Agricultural Cooperative of Ostffyasszonyfa (Offa Coop), established in 1960, won a HUF 503 million subsidy in 2008 for a complex development project, which includes purchasing new machinery, expand the fertilizer handling capacity and building a biogas plant for a total investment of HUF 853 million.

To finish the project, the Cooperative needed an additional HUF 300 million, which Concorde MB Partners – their financing advisor – arranged from DRB Bank a savings co-operative turned regional bank. The Biogas Plant was engineered and built by STS Group, itself a former client of IMAP.
