In May 2021, the sale of Greenroom Ltd., one of Hungary’s leading full-service creative agencies, and the related Greenfield-Consulting Ltd. were successfully completed.
Focusing on the SME sector, the agency offers its clients complete communication solutions, including communication strategy and campaign design and implementation, branding, brand strategy design, and integrated brand communication through 360-degree campaigns in both domestic and international markets.
The Company’s 100% stake was purchased by a Hungarian and a Slovak private investor who were owners and executives of various companies during their careers.
With the completed purchase, another transaction was realized in Hungary in which external management was the buyer (MBI – Management Buy-In).
