Csákvári Agrár Kft. is an agricultural producer specializing in arable crop farming, primarily the cultivation of wheat, barley, sunflower, and corn. The buyer, Csákvári Zrt., is a leading agricultural integrator in the region, providing comprehensive services in crop production, supply of inputs, and crop marketing.

The transaction aims to integrate the production company into the Csákvári Zrt. group, optimizing operational efficiency and increasing the size of the integrated farmland area.
