In december 2020 the sale of the minority share of Cobra Control Kft. to A.R.M Befektető Kft. was successfully completed.
Cobra Control Kft. mainly develops, manufactures, assembles and services high-quality functional testers, production lines, assembly stations and vibration diagnostics and provides other related services. The Company has carried out hundreds of projects so far, mainly to automotive and electronics industry customers.
Prior to the transaction, the Company was owned by six private individuals. Four of them were involved in the management of the Company. The other two owners – who possessed significant minority shares – were not involved in the daily operation of the Company and decided to sell their shares.
The business shares of the two inactive owners has been bought by an investor company managed by Dr. Attila Pókecz who is also the owner of Cerbona.
The new ownership structure holds great potential for the Company as the existing professional and industry knowledge is now supported by strong financial background and deep financial expertise
The sole transaction advisor of the sellers was Concorde MB Partners.
