In April 2021 the owners of Stanc-Pack acquired the 100% stake in Royalpack Kft.
Since its establishment in 1998, Royalpack Kft, has became one of the leading players on the Hungarian packaging market. The Company is engaged in wood packaging, pallet production and distribution, as well as the production of wooden crates and pallet elevators.
Stanc-Pack Kft., owned by Hungarian private individuals, specializes primarily in the production of customized industrial packaging materials. The Company’s main business activities are corrugated board processing, cardboard plastic processing, repair and distribution of solid polymer packaging technology products, and assembly of high value-added products for the export markets..
Stanc-Pack Kft. was acquired in 2018 in the management buy-in (MBI) transaction, the owner-managers have taken it to a new level with this transaction: acqusition of Royalpack Kft provides an excellent opportunity for them, in line with its main strategic objective to provide more complex services to their customers by expanding their product portfolio.
Hiventures provided capital financing to the investment company through its MFB Generation Change Programme.
