The Company needed financing to further develop and commercialize its product. Docler Group (www.doclerholding.com), located in Budapest, started 10 years ago as a small garage project. Now it is one of the leading players globally in website development and maintenance, hosting and developing one of the world’s most visited sites. In 2010, the Group launched its corporate ventures business line.

The Avallon Sp. Z o. o. private investment fund, through its subsidiary, Medort SA, acquired Hungary’s Rehab-Trade Kft and Rehab-Trademark Kft.

Medort’s objective is to build a strong Central and Eastern European group in the orthopedic and rehabilitation market.
