The Danish Kesoni Group, acquired 90% each of Milcom Hungary and Milcom Slovakia, the distributors of navigation devices, PDAs, and smartphones of leading manufacturers such as MiO, Blaupunkt, Becker, LG, HTC, TomTom and under its own brand, iconX. The Kesoni Group, founded by Danish entrepreneur, Kenneth Soldal in 1992, is a conglomerate with particular focus on distribution and logistics of mobile phones, smart house solutions and other electronic devices. The group, which has offices in Europe, Middle East and the Far East had consolidated turnover of USD 1.2 billion in 2009.
