Budapest, August 2009STS Group Zrt, a leading renewable energy contractor in Hungary, acquired 100% of Datacon Hungary Kft from BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. (BESI), a Euronext-listed group, headquartered in the Netherlands. Datacon Hungary produce and assemble parts of chip implanting machines to BESI Group and other customers. BESI Group supplies integrated semiconductor assemblies, which provide the electronic interface and physical connection between the chip and other electronic components and protect the chip from the external environment.
