In parallel with the sale of Aprítógépgyár Zrt (AGJ), AGJ and its main owner, AG-MBO Kft, sold the jointly owned Jászberényi Acélöntöde Kft (JÖNT).AG-MBO had its stake in JÖNT after its former owner fell into financial difficulties and were forced to sell the foundry. Since than, AGJ has appointed a new management team to turn around the company, who used the opportunity of the sale of AGJ and made a successful bid for JÖNT.
